Literally the word Yoga means “Union” the union of the finite with the infinite.Technically the word Yoga has been uses to refer to the system of Philosophy propounded by the safe Patanjali, about the second century B.C. but in general in Yoga’s primary emphasis is upon general well being. Although yoga has been shown to be beneficial in a variety of conditions. It is not considered a theraphy for specific illness. Rather yoga employs a broad holistic approach that focus on teaching people a new lifestyle way of thinking and way of being in the world.
Yoga helps to promote a balanced development of all the three state, that is physical,mental & spiritual. Physical exercise, aerobics and other forms of exercise assure welfare only to the physical body. It has little to do with the development of the spiritual body or the astral body.

Development and healing is brought about from within regular practice of asanas pranayam and meditation can help such diverse ailments such as diabetes, blood pressure, digestive, disorders, artheritis, arteriosclerosis, chromic fatigue, asthma, varicose veins and heart conditions. Laboratory tests have proved the yoga’s increased abilities of consciously controlling automic of involving function, such as temperature, heartbeat and blood pressure.
Curriculum
Ist Semester mainly comprises Foundation of Yoga, Hathyoga along with basic knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology.
IInd Semester includes advancement of main subject studied in sero,I.
IIIrd Semester Advanced theortical and practical aspect of yogic science which includes yoga Therapy, Accupressure, Magnet therapy would be taught.
IVth Semester comprises principles of Naturopathy, practical and theoretical aspect of diet and Nutrition, along with practical knowledge of pathological tests.
Vth Semester comprises advancement in knowledge of Naturopathy, Yoga & Personality Development.
VIth Semester students will get the basic knowledge of Herbs, Pyschologes ayurved along with practical knowledge of PanchKarma.
